Becky Keogh, Arkansas Secretary of the Department of Energy and Environment, will lead a discussion with other state agencies on the impacts of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
We will discuss:
-The impression of how Federal Government is handling so far
-Guidance how to administer program
-How funding flow works
-Discuss agency experiences so far
-Provide the good, the bad, the ugly
-Candid comments
-Plans moving forward
-Experiences so far
